A New Patient Appointment is about an hour long. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure we can start on time, to the best of our ability. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. You are welcome to call or text the office at 727-266-0002 to communicate about appointment timing.
If you do not see an appointment time that works for you on our online scheduler, please reach out to our office and we will do our best to schedule you at a time that works well for you.
After scheduling a New Patient Appointment, please be on the lookout for a text and/or email that includes your New Patient Paperwork that is to be completed in full, prior to your arrival. If you do not arrive with your paperwork completed, we may have to reschedule your appointment. Thank you for understanding and helping to keep our office running smoothly!

If you are a New Patient: Please enter your name, email, phone number and email upon booking so we can easily contact you to complete new patient paperwork or any (very infrequent) unexpected schedule changes.
If you are an Existing Patient: Please log in to your account to schedule your next appointment. Not doing so creates duplicate accounts in our system. Creating an account is a one-time, easy process. Thank you!
